Product Description
External coating of oxygen barrier PEX tubing effectively prevents diffusion of oxygen molecules into the water through walls of the pipe. This feature prevents corrosion of cast iron components in the system (circulator pumps, air purgers, fill valves, boiler heating elements, etc.) and allows using it in hot water hydronic heating applications, including baseboard/radiator heating, fan coils, and radiant floor heating applications.
Pipe Structure:
3-layer pipes with diameters from 16mm-32 mm
The outer layer is EVOH , one adhesive layers and inner pipe made from PE-Xa, pipes are also resistant to UV radiation on the outside 
Pipe Advantage
- The penetration rate of our PE-Xa EVOH pipe with three barrier layers is <0.1g/(d.m)3 much lower than national standards;
- Such an Anti-oxygen layer can effectively prevent oxygen from entering piping system, and protect metal fittings in the system from rapid corrosion, and ensure water quality freshly and cleanly;
- PEX-a pipe can bear extreme temperature difference from - 20ºC to +95ºC, and keep heat conductivity coefficient be 0.4W/m.k.
- Having smoother inner and outer surface, much lower fluid resistance and fluid noise;
- PE-Xa with oxygen barrier layer can make pipes be more abrasion resistant and greatly increase the service life of the pipe.
