Product Introduction

Ritable PEX-a (cross-linked polyethylene) pipes are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) from LG chemical company. Our PEX-a pipe has excellent chemical, corrosion, temperature and pressure resistance. Meanwhile, it has achieved an average of 84% cross-linking degree during the manufacturing process, which is higher than average in this sector. Ritable PEX-a pipes have been exported to many countries and recognized by more and more users all over the world.

Product Features

1. Made of LG HDPE materials -XL1800 Or SL188. Crosslinker and peroxide are both imported.
2. Extruders are all imported from Korea with an automatic feed materials system, which ensures the safety of material mixing.
3. PEX-a pipe can bear temperatures from - 20ºC to +95ºC. The heat conductivity coefficient is 0.4W/m.k. Smooth inner and outer surface. Low fluid resistance and fluid noise.
4. High degree of cross-linking, ease of installation, resistance to acidic water.
5. With the three-dimensional network, PEX-a has the highest flexibility among all PEX types (including PEx-b & PEX-c)
6. Excellent antiseptic performance and anti-toroidal stress at break at low temperatures
7. Non-toxic, no taste, no corrosion, bacteria-resistant, our PEX-a pipes comply with the GB/T18992.2-2003 standard.
