Product Description
The manifold is a device used to connect the main heating water supply pipe and the return pipe in the floor heating system. The water separator is a water distribution device used to connect the water supply pipes of various heating pipes in the water system. The water collector is a water collecting device used to connect the return pipes of various heating pipes in the water system.
Features:
1. The sub-catchment is a device used to connect various heating water pipes for water supply and collection in the heating system. According to different usage requirements, 2-8 sub-catchments of different sizes can be provided
2. Use high-quality environmentally friendly brass, long durability
3. Live connection type water outlet for easy pipe cleaning
4. The main body and the branch seam are tightly connected to prevent leakage
5. The water supply pipeline has a protective cap, and the return pipeline has a balance valve that can manually adjust the flow.
Applications:
Radiant floor heating systems:
Reinforced Concrete Slabs (4 - 6") - garages, warehouse, storage and manufacturing facilities);
Non-Reinforced Gypsym or Thermal Mass Slabs / Thin Slabs (up to 1-1/4") - radiant heating floors in residential construction;
Staple-up Systems: stapled to the bottom of the subfloor between joists - with or without heat transfer plates;
"Sandwich" Systems: installed between the subfloor and finished floor - with or without heat transfer plates.
Snow and ice melting systems:
Snow melting systems for driveways, walkways; roof deicing applications.
