Product Introduction

Ritable PEX-a (cross-linked polyethylene) pipes are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) from LG chemical company. Our PEX-a pipe has excellent chemical, corrosion, temperature and pressure resistance. Meanwhile, it has achieved an average of 84% cross-linking degree during the manufacturing process, which is higher than average in this sector. Ritable PEX-a pipes have been exported to many countries and recognized by more and more users all over the world.

Product Features

1. The penetration rate of our PE-Xa EVOH pipe with three barrier layers is <0.1g/(d.m)3;
2. The anti-oxygen layer of the pipe can effectively prevent oxygen from the piping system, protect metal fittings from rapid corrosion and ensure water quality;
3. PEX-a pipe can bear extreme temperature difference from - 20ºC to +95ºC, and keep heat conductivity coefficient be 0.4W/m.k.;
4. Smoother inner and outer surface, much lower fluid resistance and fluid noise;
5. PE-Xa with oxygen barrier layer can make pipes more abrasion resistant and greatly increase the service life of the pipes.
