Product Description
Our PE-Xa (cross-linked polyethylene) pipes are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and have excellent chemical, corrosion, temperature and pressure resistance. Meanwhile it has achieved an average 84% of cross-linking degree during the manufacturing process, which is higher than the average degree in this sector. Our PE-Xa pipe has been exported to many countries and recognized by more and more user all over the world.
The cross-linking technology in a generic way means a process through which Polyethylene molecules get links between the polyethylene chains that provide high resistance to pressure and temperature. This makes polyethylene reticulated a material especially suitable for making pipes that can handle water circulation at high pressures and high temperatures up to 95°C.

PE-XA EVOH Pipe has an external coating of oxygen barrier, which can effectively prevent diffusion of oxygen molecules into the water through walls of the pipe. This feature prevents corrosion of cast iron components in the system (circulator pumps, air purgers, fill valves, boiler heating elements, etc.) and allows using it in hot water hydronic heating applications, including baseboard/radiator heating, fan coils, and radiant floor heating applications.
PE-Xa Pipe with Anti-UV layer, maintain the cross- linking degree ,molecular structure will not destroyed easily the lifetime of PE-Xa Pipe is longer than mono layer. The Anti-UV layer effectively prevent oxygen from entering pipe system, protects PE-Xa Parts in system for rapid corrosion. Water inside be fresh & clean. The outer coating layer fully protects the inner Pipe and is highly wear-resistant
PE-RT pipes are produced by the extrusion method. This is the most common, basic and cost-effective pipe in the PE-RT range. Meanwhile, we use high-quality raw materials, LG chemical SP980, to ensure the quality of the pipe, and our self-developed technology guarantees high production efficiency.

To save our client's cost, our regular packing is coils of pipes (50m/100m/200m/300m/500m) in pp bags. Customized packing is also available by request (e.g. carton box).
