Characteristics of PE-RT 5 layer oxygen barrier tube
Using the unique five-layer co-extrusion technology, the five-layer structure can be compounded in one step, and the oxygen barrier layer (EVOH) can be reliably bonded between the PE-RT inner layer and the PE outer layer, making it less prone to delamination. The 5-layer oxygen barrier pipe can fully prevent oxygen from entering the heating system through the floor heating pipe, and the reduction of dissolved oxygen in the water can prevent the pipeline from scaling, corrode some metal fittings in the floor heating system, and prolong the service life of metal fittings such as boilers, switches, and sub-catchment;
Preventing the entry of oxygen can also inhibit the reproduction and growth of microorganisms, produce attachments on the pipes, reduce heat dissipation, and lead to poor indoor heating effect;
The oxygen barrier layer of the 5-layer oxygen barrier tube is protected by a PERT layer to avoid scratches during handling and construction, which will affect the oxygen barrier effect.
