Features:
1. Non toxic and hygienic. PP-R has only carbon and hydrogen elements as raw materials, and there are no harmful and toxic elements. It is sanitary and reliable. It can be used not only in hot and cold water pipes, but also in pure drinking water system.
2. Heat preservation and energy saving. The thermal conductivity of PP-R pipe is 0.21w/mk, only 1 / 200 of that of steel pipe.
3. Good heat resistance. Vicat softening point of PP-R tube is 131.5. The maximum working temperature can reach 95, which can meet the use requirements of hot water system in the building water supply and drainage code.
4. Long service life. The service life of PP-R pipe can be more than 50 years under the condition of working temperature 70 and working pressure (P.N) 1.ompa, and more than 100 years under the condition of normal temperature (20).
5. Convenient installation and reliable connection. PP-R has good welding performance. Pipes and pipe fittings can be connected by hot melting and electric melting. It is easy to install and reliable to connect. The strength of the connection part is greater than that of the pipe itself.
